1. Information We Collect

When you use WIZZLABS Project Core ("The Service"), we collect minimal information necessary to provide and secure the service:

• Account Data: Username, Email address, and Password (encrypted).
• Device Data: Hardware ID (HWID), IP Address, and Operating System version for license validation.
• Payment Data: All payments are processed securely by Stripe. We do NOT store your full credit card information.

2. How We Use Your Data

We use your data to:

• Authenticate your access to the desktop application and website.
• Enforce device limits (max 2 devices) to prevent unauthorized sharing.
• Process subscription payments and renewals.
• Send important service updates (e.g., security alerts, password resets).

3. Data Sharing

We do not sell your personal data. We only share data with:

• Stripe: To process payments.
• OpenAI: If you use AI features, your inputs are sent to OpenAI for processing. Please do not submit sensitive personal data in AI prompts.

4. Data Retention

We retain your account data as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, your personal data is removed from our live databases, though payment records may be retained for accounting/legal purposes.

5. Your Rights

You have the right to request access to or deletion of your data. You may delete your account at any time via the User Dashboard.
