Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By registering for, accessing, or using WIZZLABS Project Core ("The Service"), you agree to be bound by these strictly enforced Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Service.

2. License & Account usage

Single User License: Unless explicitly stated otherwise, licenses are for a single user. Sharing login credentials or license keys is strictly prohibited.
Seat Limit: Each license allows for activation on a maximum of two (2) unique hardware devices simultaneously. Attempts to bypass this limit will result in immediate account termination.
Hardware ID Tracking: We track Hardware IDs (HWID) and IP addresses to enforce licensing limits. Maliciously resetting HWIDs or using spoofing tools is a violation of these terms.

3. Prohibited Conduct

You agree NOT to:

Reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or derive source code from the Service.
Share, distribute, rent, or lease your license key to third parties.
Use the Service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.
Automate access to the Service (e.g., bots, scrapers) without prior written consent.

4. Termination

We reserve the right to immediately terminate or suspend your account and revoke your license without refund if you violate any of these Terms. Detection of concurrent usage exceeding limits or evidence of key sharing will trigger an automatic ban.

5. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.

6. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall WIZZLABS be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Service.
